We judge all day about everything. Our beliefs, formed by education, culture, schools, media, etc., determine what we find something. We have already seen that that perception is quite maimed. It attracts our view of the world and people crooked. That is in itself a reason to judge a little less, fewer labels stick.
Another reason for less from our beliefs to look at the world so that we always think alike and therefore our path which we get convinced. That’s fine if we consciously create and receive what we desire. But it is very annoying and even harmful if we are always getting unwanted.
From our primal urge to survive we are used to protect us from others off. In the primal situation is: if I’m stronger than you, I have more chance of survival. In our “civilized” world is: If I show that I know more than you get me more excited.
If I laugh at your lack, I am superior, especially when I laugh at others wangle.
The judge and you have something to sell everything to do with our sense of isolation. We realize that we are not the same Energy Highway come. That we do all day belong. That the energy flows through another also feeds us. That our consciousness and that of others from the same source. That all is one.
If all is there is nothing to fight. If only one thing, then you own it. You can not stop something that you yourself off after all.
If you judge what you will divide the base into one and undivided. If you find something good, then the other not. If you’re Ajax, Feyenoord is a useless club. If you find yourself hip, old-fashioned than his others. If you stick to your beliefs, then dissenters stupid.
Your ego exists by virtue of that dichotomy. And you are not your ego, as we have seen. Your ego is composed of beliefs, in roles that you play.
To organize the world stop everything into boxes that you’ve created. So and so it should not. That’s good, that’s bad. That’s fine, that’s ugly. It’s hip, it’s old fashioned. If you want to hear in a herd, then you tend your opinion in line with what the herd is. Who flock to your friends, locals, colleagues, fellow students, your church, club, etc..
We have seen that you are closer to the Energy Highway as your ego gets less attention. The closer to the Energy Freeway, the better you can order what you desire in your life. Judging contrast enhanced your ego. Judge is thinking and thinking takes you further from the silent head that you need for a proper order on the Energy Superhighway. Of course, judging whether something is dangerous is useful for survival. But judging whether someone bizarre or wrong music is fruitless.
So what can you do with it?
Judging takes energy and you get nothing in return. The energy you save by not judge, do you have for better purposes. A still head gives more chance of success in organizing your life according to your desires. Try increasing your assessment to swallow. You will notice that it feels good and your consciousness.
